Earth Nail Spa will sponsor homeless and at-risk women to attend nail school by partnering directly with local shelters and nonprofit organizations. Through these partnerships, we’ll identify women who are ready to pursue a career but need financial support and structure to get there.
Earth will cover the cost of schooling and materials, and once participants graduate and become licensed, they will have a guaranteed job at Earth Nail Spa. By working closely with shelters throughout the process, we ensure each participant is supported from education through employment — creating a clear, stable path to long-term opportunity rather than a temporary solution.
