Do you offer dip powder services?

While we do not offer dip powder, we are proud to specialize in builder gel and Gel-X systems. These modern alternatives offer the same long-lasting durability while remaining lighter and promoting better health for your natural nails.

Are traditional acrylic nails available?

We focus on a wellness-forward approach and have chosen to specialize in modern, healthier systems like builder gel or Gel-X instead of traditional acrylic.

Why has Earth Nail Spa chosen not to offer dip powder?

Our focus is on nail health. We prefer builder gel and gel extensions because they deliver comparable durability and strength with healthier alternatives, avoiding the harsh chemicals often associated with acrylic-based systems. Furthermore, unlike dip powder which requires a full soak-off, builder gel can be safely refined and rebalanced at each appointment, which is significantly less damaging to your natural nails over time.

What add-ons are available, and why is the nail art simplified?

We are pleased to offer cat eye, chrome, and simple designs for $15, and French tips for $30. Our services are designed to be consistently high-quality for all members. By focusing on clean, simple finishes rather than complex nail art, we ensure quality remains high and members can easily book and enjoy their services anytime.

Why are traditional acrylic services unavailable?

To maintain our commitment to a healthy, fume-free environment for all guests, we specialize exclusively in modern, flexible gel systems rather than traditional acrylics.

What enhancement options are available?

We are pleased to offer cat eye and chrome finishes for $15, and classic French tips for $30. For additional relaxation, we offer hydrating masks, collagen gloves, collagen booties, and extended 10-minute massages for $15.

Could you describe the cat eye effect?

Cat eye is a sophisticated magnetic gel technique that produces a shimmering, multidimensional finish. By using specialized metallic particles and a precision magnet, our technicians create elegant reflective lines and velvet-like effects.

Why do you utilize non-jet pedicure basins?

Your safety is our priority. We utilize non-jet basins as they represent the gold standard in sanitation, eliminating the bacterial risks associated with internal jet systems. Every basin is meticulously disinfected after each use.

Does the $99 monthly membership include extensions, such as Gel-X or dip?

Yes, our membership includes all standard mani and pedi services, which includes Gel-X extensions. Please note we do not offer dip powder. A full list of included services can be found at earthnailspa.com/services.

Are there different tiers or levels of manicures and pedicures included in the membership? If I want specialty designs or styles, is there additional pricing?

All manicure and pedicure services listed on our website, earthnailspa.com/services, are fully included with your membership. Specialty design add-ons are available: cat eye, chrome, and simple designs for $15, and French tips for $30. We maintain this focused offering to ensure consistent quality and ease of booking for all our valued members.

Are specialized nail shapes included in the service?

Our standard services include a variety of elegant shaping options, including Almond, Coffin, Oval, Square, and Squoval, at no additional cost.

Are removal services provided as part of the membership?

Yes. The professional removal of gel polish, builder gel, Gel-X, dip powder, and traditional acrylics is fully included as a courtesy to our members.

Are junior services included in the membership?

Please note that children's manicures and pedicures have been discontinued and are not eligible for membership inclusion at this time.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. You may freeze your membership for a $10 monthly fee any time before the next billing cycle. During this time, you may use the serenity room and massage chair. Upon reactivation, you will be charged the full $99.

How do I freeze or cancel my membership?

To manage your membership: 1) Go to your Profile, 2) Select Memberships, 3) Click on your active membership, 4) Tap the three dots in the top right corner, 5) Select Freeze, Cancel, or View Payment History. If you are unable to access these options, please email addison@earthnailspa.com. Please note: our front desk does not process cancellations, freezes, or refunds. All requests must be completed through the app, website, or via email.

Does the membership renew automatically?

For your convenience, memberships automatically renew on the first of each month.

Is there a long-term contractual commitment?

Earth Nail Spa does not require long-term contracts. Members enjoy the flexibility of a month-to-month arrangement, provided that any intent to cancel or freeze is communicated by the last day of the preceding month before the draft.

Can the front desk process freezes, cancellations, or refunds?

Our front desk team does not process those requests. Membership changes and refund concerns must be handled through the app, website, or email.

What should I do if I have a billing issue?

Please email support at guestservices@earthnailspa.com so the issue can be reviewed by the appropriate team.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

You may not transfer your membership to another individual. Every person must create and have their own membership.

How can I buy a membership for another person?

You must create a membership account with the person's first and last name, phone number, and email address. Then purchase a membership on our app or website.

Why can't I book an appointment?

We completely understand how frustrating this can be. Due to the extremely high demand, many of our appointments are booked quickly by our current members. At this time, availability is limited while our Addison location is our only open location. We are actively working to expand capacity by adding more technicians and opening additional locations, but until then, appointments will remain highly sought after. We encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified if a waitlist spot becomes available. Please note that the availability shown online is the same as what our front desk team sees, and we are unable to create additional appointments beyond what is listed.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, we are not offering walk-in appointments due to high demand. Appointments are reserved for members and are typically fully booked in advance.

What should I do if I can't find a same-day appointment?

To maximize your chances of securing a last-minute opening, we recommend adding yourself to our daily waitlist via the app or website and checking frequently for cancellations. While you are welcome to call, please keep in mind that our front desk team may be assisting in-person guests and unable to answer immediately.

What is the policy for appointment cancellations and rescheduling?

We kindly request 24 hours' notice for all scheduling changes. Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this window are subject to a $25 fee for each service booked, unless moving to an earlier available time on the same day.

How does the daily waitlist function?

Our waitlist is managed on a daily basis. To maximize your chances of securing a spot, you may create customized entries in the app for multiple days. We will notify you immediately should an opening become available. You will have 10 minutes to book the time slot, and if you do not book within 10 minutes, it will move on to the next guest.

Can I get a manicure and pedicure during the same visit?

Certainly. While we can accommodate both services in one visit, they are performed sequentially rather than simultaneously to ensure the highest quality of care and a truly relaxing experience.

What if I am running late?

We have a 10-minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled and charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you are under or at the 10-minute period, we will modify your services so we can accommodate your appointment within the appointment time frame.

How many appointments can I book in advance?

You can book two appointments in advance.
